We take a relaxed and personal approach to Pilates, helping you unlock the joy of movement in a group class or a home visit. Because we know that everybody — and every body — are different, we provide tailor-made workouts for men and women of all ages and abilities.

That means we offer everything from fun group classes to engaging one-to-one sessions, ensuring that you benefit from the workout that’s right for YOU. Our fully-qualified instructor is here to guide you through each exercise step-by-step, so you’re always in safe hands.

Strength, flexibility and a lovely sense of having been pulled apart and put back together at the end of a class.

There is no need to worry about equipment or mats as this is all provided each week.
